NOTE:
1. The exhibition halls will be open for erection and dismantling purposes from 08.00 hours to 20.00 hours daily during the build-up and tear-down periods. During the exhibition period, exhibitors are permitted to remain in the exhibition halls to service their stands for 30 minutes after the exhibition closes.
2. Please pay attention that the access of covey and removal of exhibits and exhibition equipment shall be allowed during the exhibition (including Opening Day – 1st day of exhibition) from 08:00 to 09:30 hours and then again from 18:00 to 19:30 hours.
3. Heavy exhibits move-in to the Expocentr Fairgrounds is permitted until 16.00 hours.
Due to the rigid arrangement of work hours in the CIS, exhibitors who, for any reasons, require to work beyond the allotted time in the exhibition halls will be subject to additional charges applied by the Exhibition Center and must be paid on-site.
