6. Publicity Services
6.01 Catalogue Listing and Distribution
The Official Catalogue will be prepared by ZAO “EXPOCENTR.” The Catalogue will be available to all visitors and will also be distributed to government offices, trade associations and chambers of commerce.
The Official Catalogue is used extensively throughout the exhibition as a guide and will be retained by the visitors as a valuable source of reference after the event.
Every registered exhibitor will be listed in the “Alphabetical List of Exhibitors” comprising basic information such as address, telephone, fax and telex numbers and a brief company overview.
6.02 Advertisement in the Official Catalogue
Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to advertise in the official Catalogue as it will not only draw more visitors to your stand, it will also prove a worthwhile investment in the time to come.

6.03 Exhibition Guide Advertisement
The Official Exhibition Guide consists of the Alphabetical List of Exhibitors by halls and includes layouts of the halls. It will be distributed to all trade visitors.
Every registered exhibitor will be listed in the Official Exhibition Guide and additional opportunities for advertisement are available in this publication.
